Driving Directions
- From Downtown Portland: Head east on SE Hawthorne Blvd, turn right onto SE 59th Ave. Our facility is on the left.
- From I-205: Take exit 19A for SE Powell Blvd, head west, turn right onto SE 59th Ave and continue north to our location.
- From I-84: Take exit 1 for I-5 South, then merge onto SE Belmont St heading east. Turn right on SE 59th Ave.

We make it easy to reach our treatment facility whether you are coming from Portland or traveling from out of state.
Free On-Site Parking
Complimentary parking is available for patients, families, and visitors in our dedicated lot adjacent to the facility. Accessible spaces are available near the main entrance.
Portland International Airport (PDX)
Located approximately 15 minutes from Portland International Airport. We can help coordinate transportation from PDX for patients traveling from out of state. Ask about our pickup service when you call.
Public Transit
Our facility is accessible via TriMet bus routes serving the SE Portland area. The nearest bus stop is a short walk from our front entrance. Visit trimet.org to plan your route.
